Heavy cream (35% fat)
200ml
Granulated sugar

Cake flour

Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and mix until smooth.

Add the granulated sugar and mix well, then gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring.

Add the beaten eggs in 2 to 3 batches, mixing well after each addition.

Sift in the matcha powder and cake flour, and whisk until no lumps remain.

Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) for about 25 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200°C (390°F) and bake for another 20 minutes.
