Milk (or oat milk
160ml
Heavy cream
10ml
Honey (optional)
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract (optional)
A dash

Combine the milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan and heat over low heat.

Add the white chocolate and stir continuously until completely melted.

Dissolve the matcha powder in a small amount of the warmed milk, then add it to the saucepan through a fine-mesh strainer and add to the pot.

Add the honey and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Pour into a mug and top with shaved white chocolate. (Dust with additional matcha powder if desired).
