SOKYO Matcha Ceremonial K

Hot water (80°C / 175°F)
30ml
Milk (or oat milk)
120ml
Espresso
30ml
Ice cubes
As needed
Syrup (optional)

Dissolve the matcha powder in hot water and whisk with a bamboo whisk or spoon until completely smooth.

Add ice cubes to a glass and slowly pour in the cold milk.

Gently pour the matcha over the back of a spoon to layer it softly on top of the milk.

Finally, slowly pour in the espresso to create the top layer.
