外パッケージが英語多めなので、輸出用の抹茶なのかな？といった印象。英語表記がある分、外国の方へのお土産としても良さそうですね！缶の中には銀色の密封袋の粉末抹茶が入ってます。一度開けるとチャックとかはついてないので、早めの使用が良さそう。鮮やかな抹茶色で、スイーツ作りにも使いやすいです。ドリンクとして使うにはしっかり溶かす必要がありますが、手軽にお抹茶を楽しめる商品としてとてもいいです。
静岡産のオーガニック（有機栽培）の抹茶で、国際的な認定を受けたという工場で生産されている商品です。たまに親族が点てるお抹茶をいただくのですが、それと比較しますと、いわゆる「高級品」の味わいではありません。しかし、フェアな価格帯で、気軽に抹茶をいただけるのが良いと思います。お抹茶の風味としては、個人的な好みで言いますと、まあまあなので星4つにしています。「気軽に」と記載しましたが、一手間かけると、抹茶をいろいろなかたちで活用できますよ。茶漉しを使って、アイスクリームやスイーツに抹茶の粉を振ると、風味と見目が華やかになります。私はカチカチのバニラアイスクリームに熱めのお湯で点てた濃いめの抹茶をソースのように掛けて食べるのが好きで、こちらの商品を楽しんでいます。創京という会社のHPを見たところ、老舗のメーカーさんではなく、アマゾンをプラットフォームにして、海外を射程に入れて抹茶販売を展開しようとしている新しい企業のようです。幼少期に国内有数のお茶の産地に住んでいたので、お茶の生産者というのは、中小企業で、年配の方が手作業をしておられました。今は、国際基準の工場があるのですねぇ。。。
【良かった点】・ティポットで使用しましたが、だまにならずに入れられました・濃い抹茶で和菓子に合いました・抹茶ラテに使用してみましたが風味も感じられるので美味しかったです【気になる点】・「包装を開ける前から粉末が付着（缶側に）」しており気になりました・微粉なので周りに舞い散りやすいので「取り扱い注意」ですね
お茶といえば静岡です。その静岡の多くの茶葉から厳選したブレンド抹茶とのことです。ですのでブレンドと言うと色々なよくわからない産地のごちゃ混ぜとも思えますが、静岡の選びぬかれた厳選しブレンドです。抹茶らしいコクと渋みがありましてさっぱりと飲めました。ホットでもアイスでも楽しめますし、粉末ですのでスイーツにも最適でアイス等に軽くふりかけても美味しいと思われます。抹茶のコクが甘さで相乗効果となるので抹茶は単体でもスイーツとも相性がいいですね。
Despite its non-typical packaging, this matcha is a great quality matcha for use in a variety of different ways. For the past month I have used this matcha in everything from normal matcha tea, to lattes, and as a topping. I've really enjoyed this tea in every application. The packaging looks like it is more westernized and maybe targeted towards foreign markets, but the matcha inside is legitimate.The tea comes in a tin with an aluminum package inside. Upon opening the package, there is a strong pleasant matcha aroma. The packaging allows the tea to be store quite securely and even after a month there isn't a noticeable difference in taste. The tea itself is a typical finely ground powder that doesn't clump and dissolves quite easily into water or milk. The tea itself is a well balanced that has a pleasant natural sweetness without any overpowering bitterness. In milk as a latte, with a slight bit of sweetener, the flavor of the matcha really comes out and is quite enjoyable, much more so than typical matcha lattes you will find in stores.Overall this is a really great product, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a high grade matcha at a reasonable price.
