Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
100g
Sugar (or honey)
1 tbsp
Milk (or soy milk)
120ml
Ice cubes
As needed
Hot water (for matcha)

Hull the strawberries, place them in a small saucepan with the sugar, and simmer over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Once softened, remove from heat, let cool slightly, and place at the bottom of a glass.

Add ice cubes to the glass and gently pour in the milk to create the second layer.

Add hot water to the matcha powder and whisk well (using a bamboo whisk or milk frother) until no lumps remain.

Slowly pour the matcha over the milk to create a beautiful three-layered drink.
