Hot water (80°C / 175°F)
50ml
Milk (any milk)
150ml
Syrup / Sugar
15g
Ice cubes
As needed

Transfer 3g of matcha into a strainer and sift it to prevent clumps.

Pour 80°C (176°F) hot water into the bowl containing the matcha powder.

Whisk until the matcha is completely dissolved in the water.
