INGREDIENTS

SOKYO Matcha Ceremonial K
10g
Hot water (80°C / 175°F)
100ml
Mascarpone Cheese
200g
Heavy Cream
100ml
Granulated Sugar
30g
Ladyfingers (Finger Biscuits)
8–10 pieces

Prepare the Matcha Syrup
Add hot water to the matcha powder and whisk until smooth to create the matcha syrup.

Make the Cream Mixture
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and heavy cream. Whisk together until it forms a smooth, velvety cream.

Soak the Ladyfingers
Briefly dip the ladyfingers into the matcha syrup, then arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of your dish.

Layer the Dessert
Spread a layer of the cream over the ladyfingers, then repeat the process by adding another layer of soaked ladyfingers and cream.

Chill and Dust
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Just before serving, dust the surface evenly with a generous coat of matcha powder.
