Steep the Earl Grey tea bag in 100ml of hot water for 3 to 4 minutes to draw out the full flavor.

Add 20ml of hot water (around 80°C) to the matcha powder and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a milk frother until smooth and lump-free.

Mix the Milk Base:
In a separate glass, combine the warmed milk and honey, and stir well until thoroughly mixed.

Combine and Layer:
Pour the brewed Earl Grey tea into the milk base, then slowly and carefully pour the prepared matcha over the top.
