Hot water (80°C / 175°F)
15ml
Honey
10g
Sparkling Water
150ml
Ice cubes

Lemon Slice (for garnish)

Whisk the Matcha Add hot water to the matcha powder and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a milk frother until smooth and lump-free.

Mix the Base In a glass, combine the honey and lemon juice, and stir well until thoroughly mixed.

Add ice and Sparkling Water Fill the glass generously with ice cubes, then gently pour in the sparkling water.

Create the Layer Slowly and carefully pour the prepared matcha over the top to create a beautiful, distinct layer.

Garnish and Serve Top with a lemon slice to garnish, and it is ready to serve.
